We want you to be completely satisfied with your SOFIE SCHNOOR purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Register Your Return
Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal registration to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
